Now we got us some daily routines!

When  you stay for some time (more than 3 nights) in the same hotel/place it is easy to get and keep up some daily routines. Every morning and evening we have exercised in some way. Christel has done yoga, we have walked or jogged together in the morning and we have taken long and pleasant swims in the ocean in the afternoon.

After the morning run we have breakfast in a restaurant called the German bakery.

They serve the best cheese toast in this area – a warm sandwich made of real bread (instead of “toast” as we have got everywhere else) and with melted cheese inside.

As the weather has been nice and sunny most of the days in Palolem we have spent the hours before lunch at the beach.

In the afternoons we have been in our room preparing this blog site or just reading a book and in the evenings we have walked in to the village for dinner.

We have found some favorite restaurants where they always are happy to see us. Across the street from our hotel is Anant, the restaurant in Palolem we believe make the best Indian food here, and in the center of the village we have eaten most meals at Siona, where you can get everything from tandoori to a tuna fish salad.

There are also some nice Italian restaurants where they serve pasta and pizza, the best one has been Little Italy.

Not even in India cows are allowed to enter the restaurants, sorry my friend, no pizza tonight. ( See below.)
